1. you may switch your project inside the company 2. cool uncorking activities 3. good office

Cons

1. office location 2. a lot of management. at one project we had 3 managers for 2 backend devs and 1 qa 3. it's really hard to find good project 4. when my project ended, people partner asked me to take an unpaid vacation

- Quite Ok Salary - Adequate management on most projects (but not all) - Great guys working here - Friendly atmosphere

Cons

- Complicated promotion process - May be hard to find a project after the previous one is finished -Some bureaucracy in processes
