Good place to start a career

Pros

- The company puts a lot of effort into maintaining a great working environment; - Administrative staff usually responsible and knows its job; - If a project is finished, the company will try to find a new one for you (and continue paying the salary in the meanwhile)

Cons

- Lots of bureaucracy, monstrous corporate hierarchy; - Engineers almost explicitly are being treated as a resource; - It is very difficult to get a salary increase without receiving an offer from some other company.
