Not much oportunities for Senior Software Engineers

Pros

Started with average salary. Adequate interviews. Nobody asked stupid questions. Had a chance to work with best project manager I have ever met.

Cons

No prospect and no career opportunities. Old technologies. Too much bureaucracy. Some workers get senior status even though they know far less than some really smart juniors and just unable to learn fast. Periodic performances appraisals often depend on biased and incompetent people that are trying to under-valuate smarter team members.
