Pros

Has good in-house learning camp. Has clear career path and advisers.

Cons

Not the best salaries. The projects, in general, are not interesting. Has weird payment schedule, you should ask about it in advance. Not sure how it is right now, but in the past you have to report via old and buggy tool, basically just 8h each time. Also, it is quite common practice to sell you as "Senior" to client, while in company your position is Junior.

Pros

Overall this company has good roadmap for each engineer in particular. Good place to start especially if you are a junior engineer.

Cons

Facilities and benefits package could be better I think. As each big company, this one is very beurocratic.

Great place to start in the profession and IT industry. Nice atmosphere, solid processes.

Cons

Not enough room for growth, not enough training. Overload is usual. You are just part of the process.
