Pros

If you get on a good project, things can be very chill.

Cons

Management is horrible, promotion and salary increase are impossible. You need to meet certain criteria in order to get those, which might not be achievable with the project you're currently on. Recently they've added a "business need" to the promotion criteria, which makes promotions even more unachievable. Also they've made the review period 12 months, instead of 6 it was previously- just so they can promote way less.
