Pros

It's a great company with numerous opportunities for career development and progression. I have the chance to work with highly skilled colleagues and utilise state-of-the-art technologies. The remote-first organisation is a great benefit for those who want flexibility.

Cons

There wasn't anything as bad as to be mentioned.

Pros

All of my bosses have been lovely. I rose up the ranks pretty quickly, it's nice because it's merit-based promotions. My mentors have been fantastic as well.

Cons

Salary is on the lower side, and while the benefits are decent, there aren't really bonuses for performance
