Pros

Company cares, it balances growing on the market and development of its workers. More useful stuff, more practical trainings, more feedback and more readiness to work on it. For me it's OK as I can learn a lot and excercise a lot from the best world stars, and that's cool cos it usually works :).

Cons

Company growth and teams are changing pretty fast, more or less. With this along, changes in the process are also in progress. Communication in the company becomes a bit different than in past, it's confusing a bit - at least for those working here for years.
