      I am at Softserve for about 5 years, working all the time in Automation QA/QC, leading the team.

      Pros

      Company cares, it balances growing on the market and development of its workers. More useful stuff, more practical trainings, more feedback and more readiness to work on it. For me it's OK as I can learn a lot and excercise a lot from the best world stars, and that's cool cos it usually works :).

      Cons

      Company growth and teams are changing pretty fast, more or less. With this along, changes in the process are also in progress. Communication in the company becomes a bit different than in past, it's confusing a bit - at least for those working here for years.

      Interesting projects, good work atmosphere, regular trainings, a lot of opportunities for self improvement, comfortable offices, and so on and so forth

      Cons

      Much less opportunities if you are not in Lviv's office
