Pros

Really good engineering teams. Different projects.

Cons

1. Micromanagement in most of the projects. 2. I had to say that I am leaving the company to receive an salary raise. We agreed on a specific number and after I passed the internel iterview for the project they told me that it they can't offer me what we agreed on(verbaly). 3. You have to pass internal interview for every project which I find unnecessary. 4. You are suposed to have interview like process to get reevaluated every six-ish months. Well for two years I didnt have a single one even If there was 5 interviews. All of them just didnt happened.

It's an excellent company that offers some incredible additional payment bonuses.

Cons

There are mandatory technical assessments each year, and it can be stressful
