None really, it's just a lot of hot air with no real substance.

Cons

- Low salary, unkept promises of pay rise, no bonuses. - Moving from team to team, without the promised training. End up in a team whose tasks you never agreed upon. - One gets 'misled' regularly with reasons why some things 'can't happen'. - Growing to a more senior position is made intentionally difficult.
