Extremely talented and capable people in many different domains and industries. People are willing to go out of their way to help you during a deal cycle.

Cons

The onboarding is a bit of a lone road as there aren't many human interactions along the way. It's really about what you make it but people who aren't self-starters may feel a bit disconnected and lost.
