- good company for the beginners

Cons

- low compensation - inappropriate communication with employees - management takes credit for work done by others - management goes directly against the wishes of employees regarding personal boundaries (for example, language of communication) - micromanaging and lack of trust between management and employees - employees are expected to do work that is not in their job description with no additional compensation
