Pros

Nice colleagues, okaish starting salary, good conditions like remote work, some nice benefits that must be given and not advocated as benefits

Cons

Sociopathic management, act like they care, feels as horizontal hierarchy but it is very vertical when something inconvenient shows up, sugar coated promises about bonuses plus working hours/conditions but too high expectations based on salary and time consumption (constantly are trying to find the "right one"
