Pros

If you're Ukrainian it's awesome otherwise it sucks

Cons

It sucks. Pointless meetings. Very poor leadership with no real industry experience. Lots of travel for 1-hour meetings. Bad projects. Beaurocratic. Toxic environment. Really bad sales leadership and even worse salespeople. Lots of people in leadership/VP positions that do absolutely nothing. I could go on but you get the point

A toxic nightmare

Pros

SoftServe is a company that has grown 40% yoy for many years, there are a lot of hardworking great people you will meet there.

Cons

SoftServe tries to pride itself about carrying for their employees, but unfortunately they could care less . If you want to work for an abusive leader, who diminishes his leadership team and the whole department, this is the place to go. The CMO promotes those who obey him and accept being disrespected and tries to push out the high achievers. If you're cute and flirt with him you might get lucky and get promoted and get a raise. There are more HR reports on the CMO than one could keep count of, and unfortunately SoftServe seems to have no interest in saving anyone.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that among the many great and hard-working people you mentioned at the beginning, you also had to deal with a negative experience in our company. For many years, SoftServe has been building processes for effective teamwork, launched a variety of HR tools and platforms to track employee progress and promotion, and rewarded our people for their achievements. We have also been building a culture of feedback between employees and their management. Mentioning that, we’re assuring you that your feedback is heard and visible on all levels and we will work to further improve specific internal work processes and the company overall.
