Pros

The people are wonderful. Many amazing people doing awesome work. I have found some incredibly wonderful individuals that work there and will cherish the many years I was a part of their teams.

Cons

Territorial and vindictive. Watch out for the toes you unknowingly step on, especially if they have been there for 10 or more years. Your new role may be stepping into a closely held space by them and they may not like you being there. They will push you out. Some of the teams say they want leaders but really want a more autocratic style rather than servant leadership. Be prepared to be the "throat to choke" no matter if if did all you could.

Toxic and Discriminatory

Pros

None - this company is absolutely terrible.

Cons

Leadership concerned more with how things 'look' then how things actually are. Leaders will tell clients that the company can deliver solutions that it does not have and then try and scramble to make thins up. There is so much paranoia and delusion because the company cannot bring in business. They can't bring in new business because Ukraine runs delivery and no matter what you tell them about how people at large US companies behave, they do not care. They care about delivering solutions they want to make, not solutions that the customer wants. Making matters worse there is a clear pattern of discrimination against women and minorities. If you say this to HR they will retaliate and intimidate you. This place is filled with liars, no HR, and their entire legal team is based in Ukraine. Just an awful place to work on so many levels.

Good place if you already a top

Pros

Steady work even if do nothing.

Cons

Greedy cunning liars. They made me an offer for a senior position but at the first day I was surprised to know that my position was middle. They offered me to prove that I am a senior and in such a case they would promote me. But a procedure was overfilling: 3 different stages, several month each and finally I should pass external certification because according to their policies senior position is allowed only for certified person. As a result I would get (according to a policy) no more than +10% gross.
