Pros

- well-established PMO and a lot of available resources for PMs

Cons

- no dedicate onboarding for new PM, you have to figure out what you dont know and make sure you have someone assigned or available to guide you through the onboarding. - not much time for professional development during assignment on the project, since assignmet itself often involves unpaid overtime : you have to do all the project work for which client is paying + operations that are mandatory in company - not much options of the project to choose from once you are placed into talent pool: take it or leave it
