It looks like all smart people leave the company within the year. Too unprofessional managers and too junior stuff in most case were presented and profeffionals

Classic things as in each company.

Cons

The company is trying to make money on you by selling you part-time, so that you work on two projects at the same time. You spend much more than the 8 hours you are entitled to, but you get a standard salary.
