      Pros

      All that is good about this company is leaving - as am I.

      Cons

      Under the new CEO, SoftwareOne has experienced a neutering. It is cultural sterilization. Don't ask questions, just operate in fear. They should rename this company from SoftwareOne to SAP2. Everyone being hired is from SAP and friends with the CEO from there.

      Pros

      They'll sell you on how great they are..... Then you get there and see that none of it's true, management is incompetent, the business is dying and they have no plan for making it work. The people who last here have Stockholm Syndrome. Nice people. That's about it.

      Company culture had a fatal crash after Patrick Winter passed away.

      Pros

      It used to be the best company to work for in its field, globally, until 2019. Excellence was like oxygen, on a daily basis.

      Cons

      After Patrick Winter ( founder and CEO) passed away in 2018, the company culture started to erode, opportunitistic global executive leaders started internal civil war for "holding the reigns", motivated only by their personal short term bonuses for the failed company acquisitions and toxic integrations (Comparex etc.)
