      Pros

      There are great people here, both new to the business and some who have been around for 5+ years. There are great friendships in the UK. We have a great kick off each July and Christmas party, monthly drinks and celebrated the culture of one of our global countries every three months or so.

      Cons

      It acts like a small business in the UK sometimes. That's also a plus, because you can make a difference.

We intentionally try to drive the feeling of a entreprenuerial, smaller andmore agile company - it's a challenging balance to maintain alongside the efficiencies required to scale at a global level. Systems are a key investment for us with imporvementsacross everyting from CRM to Project Management as well as HR - so please keep providing your feedback in these areas and other key points - it is wlecomed and very useful.       Hi - really appreciate you sharing your comments and feedback and great to see you felt the management teams and leadership were on the whole supportive. One of the upsides of our culture is our ability to adapt and change direction quickly when needed - in response to customers, the market conditions and any number of key factors. This is also means from learning where through our failiures and if one direction is not working then reviewing why and taking corrective action. We have added a number of senior leaders to the business to help execute our strategy and increase our competence in a very competitive market - but most importantly continue to enable the rest of our employees to be successful as we grow and change.       Transformation is Never Easy

      I've worked for SoftwareONE for over 5 years and seen first first-hand how the company has built on its core capabilities of software licensing and SAM to evolve into becoming an established IT services and solutions company. At the core of this transformation and vision is an entrepreneurial spirit and culture of innovation that encourages ideas and creativity. One of the most exciting and rewarding parts of the job is working with some of the most exceptional people in the industry in their field of expertise. It gives you great confidence in the propositions and the results for clients. The company also offers a flexible workstyle to help manage around personal and family commitments and is helpful if you just need to lock yourself in a bunker to get stuff done! The international transfer program is another perk of working at SoftwareONE giving you the opportunity to work in another country on either a short term or long term basis. Several people from the UK have taken advantage of this moving to Sydney, LA, Singapore and New York.

      Cons

      The pace of change and transformation at SoftwareONE has caused issues and 'growing pains' Aggressive growth targets can make the working environment highly pressurised. New table tennis equipment has been bought for after work play and I'm rubbish at it.

      Hi - firstly, thank you for your commitment and loyalty to the company - 5 years is a significant invetsment. AsI have commented in other reviews, change is not easy but we are doing our best to navigate it successfully. As with any transformation, we have and will make mistakes - but as long as we can learn from them and be better then we stay tru to our values. Great feedback on internal comms - we are trying to do this with CEO All Hands calls and things like our win wires- although it sounds like we need to do more of this at the local level and if it's not been seen already, I will make sure this feedback gets to the local teams. Our GTM is evolving but we believe it is becoming clearer every day as we have been more focused in our TS (FDC & FW) and SAM (SAMSimple) offering and have begun to deploy our own solutions (PyraCloud) - we will continue to add more but are conscious of trying to get the right balance of agility, speed and quality.
