Pros
SWO is a large global company with an entrepreneurial mindset. If you have an idea, you share it. If you want to implement a new solution, go for it. The people that I work with every day are amazing. They are helpful, engaged, hardworking and passionate. They challenge me everyday to do my best, and support me wherever I need it. The company is always looking for ways to develop and grow as a business. I find it incredibly rewarding and a ton of fun!
Cons
It's going through some growing pains but I don't see that as a con. They are bringing in the right resources to help them get to the next level. I hope that employees early in their careers that have not gone through this type of corporate transition will stay engaged and wait to see the transformation take shape. It will be one of those times that you look back in your career and say 'Wow - that was fun and rewarding. I hope that I have another opportunity to do that again.'
