      - Unlimited options to switch internally - Scope for varied learning and exposure to different problems - Very intelligent people to learn from.

      Cons

      - Sometimes Management decisions reduce developer productivity. - Overcommitting work for a small team size is a common trend across teams. - Operational work is often de-prioritized for feature development.

      Great place to work, work hard, play hard

      Pros

      Great Leadership team, they have people skills and direction is excellent. You feel heard and you know you’re important to the company. Working from home is a great benefit. Pay is above average at least in my case, very happy, a lot of work, but I do enjoy it. I hope to stay in this company for several years to come.

      Cons

      Working from home could be partial in some locations. I would prefer to keep my schedule 100% WFH and perhaps go to the office only one day per week. In places with high traffic, you just waste 2-3 hours per day in total for commute.
