Work culture is coolest; Bosses do not interfere in your work but they're there to help you whenever you need them; Lean organizational structure which means you can simply walk into the MD's cabin to have a chat. Absolute "thumbs-up"!!

Cons

None whatsoever so just close your eyes and say YES!!!

Leadership deeply cares for people and is consistently figuring out ways to make their lives good - better health, career development, coaching, better roles, personal growth, etc. Learning mindsets, interest in opinions, openness is everywhere and it's super abnormal not to experience help and collaboration. People are hired for their intelligence and values, and then encouraged to own their own job and max out their expertise, knowledge, creativity and leadership capability. This makes it a super exciting place to work. And we have a shiz-ton of fun together.

Cons

Nothing I don't feel empowered to fix myself.

Culture is great, Employee Satisfaction is in of the main core values. Job is challenging but you always find great team support.

Cons

Haven't found any yet. The Company is constantly evaluating what can they do to improve and does put the necessary efforts on doing so.
