I think we have changed significantly in the past 7 years - however if you have specific feedback on what we can do more to improve, I'd love to hear from you. Our leaders need to be role models so we do have high expectations of them and with the salary review we conduct each year, we look to remain competitive - however if you have a challenge here then of course please speak with your local leader.
