      International, mostly nice colleagues, flexible working

      Cons

      Dishonesty, Management does not act according to their own core values (especially contrary to "Employee Satisfaction: Our greatest asset. We love and support our colleagues and operate without hierarchy" and "Integrity: We are consistent, honest and fair and always do what is right.")

      I am very sorry you did not see the leadership as role models of our values - this is critical for us to be effective as a company and on the whole I believe we get it right. Of course it's not perfect and we have a much larger group of leaders as we have grown as. I do hope that you have a found a company that gives you what you need but if you ever have the time, it would be great to understand more and review specific examples so we can investigate and respond.       The company has great work culture, they give good work from home benefit

      Cons

      -HR here is worst , They behave as if they own the organisation. - higher management of all departments is partial - toughest task if to get hired here as they take around 3-4 months to complete the procedure - Females get hired quickly as they are preferred by higher management

      Work environment is good. Great management team.

      Cons

      Turnover rate is high. But that might the norm in a sales based company.

If toy have the time -please let them know what they are doing well so they canshare that with other colleagues too! I would actually agree with you and say that over the last 2 years our turnoverhas been higher than before (but not high as an industry average - in fact we are one of the best companies for tenure in our field) - this unfortunately is a direct result of change and even stronger focus on performance for our customers as we grow. We set a high bar and but this is also a key part of our work environment - collaborating with high performers.
