We are making mistakes along the way but at the same time trying to learn from them (life would be boring if we were perfect!). Pros

The company has an amazing culture and excellent people. Also has cool offices around the world with chilling rooms.

Cons

Some managers are not prepared to run the department and to lead people. Most of them don't inspire the rest of the people.

Great leadership, very family oriented for a multi-billion dollar company. All employees are given the chance to advance and pursue their lifelong career ambitions.

Cons

Many balls in the air, up to you to keep persistent and focus on what you need for your business. Very fast paced
