      Pros

      I really enjoy the majority of people I work with, everyone is intelligent and gets along very well. Great entry-point into the industry.

      Cons

      the culture used to be great, however upper management does not seem committed to it now. there used to be many opportunities to grow and even craft your own role, but it seems like no one wants to rock the boat or fight for good people to move up/into other positions. Many managers are unnecessary to the organization. Leadership seems to only value the opinions of a few select people.

      The people and culture are what keep me from looking for a new job. Great local management at the headquarter office that really care about the employees.

      Cons

      Not a balanced workload across employees holding the same role leading to overworked employees.

      Good Culture, Good Salary, Good Learning Employee Benefits.. Meal Vouchers.. Sports Day... Kick offs etc

      No Transparency, Plz. search a new Job before complaining of your Manager. Politics, favoritism for a few individuals Very Bad Leadership, Power Hunger No values of employees, specially you are not a referral of Directors or old employee. Hire n Fire
