Under prepared for the future, fake leadership, lacking loyalty

Cons

Leadership is lacking, Constant change is direction/priority. When everything is a fire nothing is a fire. Promises post spin off were a flatter leadership structure, couldn’t have been executed any worse. More executives, extra stress on the ground level employees. Co-workers can either 1) great team players that are overworked and undervalued or 2) uncooperative and underperforming. With each round of layoff more and more “good ones” are impacted. Long term employees struggle for job grade advancement while external in experienced hires are given a kings ransom.

It may sound strange: strategy or lack off. Managements is asking revenue growth, margin growth, cost reduction, while deploying ERPs and seperating from 3M. And dont forget M&As. Teams are overly overworked. The non3M leadership keeps recruiting VP+ levels externaly, creating a clear split in culture and limiting carreer opportunities for the next 2-3 years at the higher levels. 2nd year of reorgs during Nov-Dec. The last one was silent

- constant layoffs, every time around Christmas since and before spinoff - adding C suite executive roles with huge pay packages while laying off important team members without replacements - part of pay is variable and can be very low while the executives get their promised salaries
