Leadership team at HIS must bend the knee to a president who lacks business acumen and basic strategy. Leaders who offer insights or new paths to market or product challenges are admonished and silenced.

Cons

Unrealistic sales plan quotas, poor leadership at the corporate level. Multiple employee are not receiving commission checks on time, lack of any appreciation for employees. Lack of support. When this was addressed with leadership, the response was this is the culture they are moving to.

Good benefits and remote work across the company. Good for someone that wants a fair amount of work life balance and isn’t driven to move up consistently. People mostly make lateral moves professionally. Consistent increases in pay.

Cons

Lots of restructuring of roles and annual layoffs. There were a lot of inherent problems in the corporate structure, lack of clarity of decision-making and role responsibility, lots of being thrown under the bus, and extremely cliquey with the international teams..
