Not much.. is a normal average job .. not very cool, sometimes you have free time and that's nice.

Cons

Nepotism at full power, HR are part of it so forget getting help. Been a total hell in here.

I've worked here for over 5 years and went through the 3M to Solventum transition. Benefits were truly great and my co-workers were amazing. Flexible time off policy

Cons

In 5 years we've gone through 4 or 5 rights of lay offs. They prioritize short term financial gains over employees, product development, and client success. They have "restructured" our teams 1 to 3 times a year including several lay offs - during people to bring back old positions there were eliminated and people lost their jobs over previously. When I started 5 years ago, our product had over 100 people across all departments, it's less then 50 now. My old team went from 25ish to 8.

Cons

Place has not been the same since the 3m spinoff. Constant layoffs, little to no room for growth, most leadership positions are being filled by external hires with a prior connection to the new CEO and his cronies. Stock value has lagged behind the rest of the stock market.
