Pros

The total benefits and the people I worked with and managed were amazing. I am very grateful for the work ethic and life lessons I learned from my time with this company.

Cons

As a Store Manager, there was no work-life balance. I regularly worked weekly overtime. The pay was not adequate for the hours that I worked. There were very little career opportunities for Store Managers beyond the SM role.

Pros

Working at the corporate office in Seattle, there was great upward mobility and lots of opportunity to learn new roles. Great benefits.

Cons

No personality within the corporate office. Culture is bland and devoid of fun. Very hard to make progress on projects. Change is slow.
