Pros

Work-life balance is great, not a job you take home. Fun to interact with all sorts of people. I feel heard and well treated. Positive recognition is not hard to find. It’s very rewarding. Starbucks pays more than money.

Cons

The corporate policy is inconsistently applied and oftentimes confusing. Labor cuts leave everyone feeling understaffed and overworked. I am not compensated justly for the value I add.

Pros

A company that not only cares about their customers, but cares about their partners as well. Lots of room for development.

Cons

Constantly changing systems. Has drifted away from its original culture, when things were simpler.

Pros

It was a great place to work! Everyone was nice and friendly, the GM was great too! It's awesome you get to take home a bag of coffee each week and free drinks while your working is nice too!

Cons

A little too serious, I completely understand if Starbucks is your career to take your job seriously 100% however most of the people working were students, we show up, we do a good job and have a smile on our face, what more can management ask for?
