Worklife balance, vacation time, benefits, 401k, reward/recognition, bonus structure.

Cons

Constant change can be overwhelming. Creating more bureaucracy while promoting "streamlining", too many decision makers leading to lack of accountability and slow response time especially in technology. Lack of inclusion of North American leadership in key changes, leads to implementation of process and systems that don't work for the largest region.

Cafeteria is the best in class Office facilities are good Nothing else really

Cons

If you like a stable mundane job without any career growth, then this place is for you. Your skills and talent do not matter, just need to sit with a laptop and talk in meetings. Low pay master A different kind of politics takes place here, which takes time to realise.
