Limited talent mobility Exec . Leadership a bit disconnected from employees. Too many CEO‘s That think they can start their own independent transformations and pilot projects- this leads to complexity, and in general to high operational effort and cost.

- Competitive Salary - Nice work place

Cons

- Extremely political work culture - Back biting and rumor mongering is the order of the day - Old / senior / tenured employees rule the roost. Anyone not part of their coterie is slowly but surely ejected from the system. - Company value system is only for preaching, not practiced on ground. - HQ at Zurich completely disconnected from Bangalore - Bangalore viewed as back office for Zurich / Beijing and employees treated as such. Employee issues at Bangalore are not important in the larger scheme of things.
