      a)Good company and helpful management team on-shore b) Good pay scale c) Re insurance giant so job security there

      Cons

      a) Worst HR practices b) Some HR managers are recruiting people through corruption as they route their known/interested candidates through consultants and even after negative comments from us, they hire the people of their choice. It has happened with me personally when i choose a candidate and HR selected one and later i found out that she was relative of HR's wife c) Worst politics as some people just rest and take salary home while others have to make up for them also and while increments all are same d) They hire like fools and create illogical burden and try to adjust them anywhere even not a right fit

      Extremely knowledgeable colleagues who are very supportive , especially with new joiners. Great work location.

      Cons

      Slightly rigid with teleworking policies. Tend to overload downtime with multiple projects.

      No pros at all working in Swiss Re.

      Cons

      - Worst Work culture and worst company to work in. - Zero respect for employee. - Master-Slave kind of work culture. - Way low less compensation according to industry standards. - No growth at all.
