1. Too many changes every few months - org changes, process change etc. 2. Growth is very slow due to very few bands. Promotions are non-existent

New head with poor record just joined and she brings someone who she previously put on performance review... what a joke. New hires with no qualifications and yes it is a swiss company so if you are not swiss dont dream. Also it is bs about being an equal opportunities company
