Pros
A good company to work for. Day shift is main advantage. High pressure workload was seasonal (Jan and April renewals were hectic). We get to travel to Asian branch offices during the renewals for support. New office is world class
Cons
Extreme micro management and bias from senior leader (functional boss) in Hong Kong. Though brunt was faced my TL and our BLR head, they were completely helpless and not able to challenge the leader in HK. She used to go down to the level of checking with us, does our TL comes to office on time or not and what work our TL do? Also vertical growth opportunities are very limited
