Dynamic and challenging environment, intellectually stimulating, opportunities to build and grow.

Cons

Culture and corporate ego, high performers rather than leaders and visionaries move forward. The company has a very fixed bureaucratic rather than a growth mindset, stuck in the past. When it comes to people and people strategy the talk does not match the actions and people are treated poorly. HR is the weak point of this company, being in the average/median does not make for a world class organisation - mediocre benefits / rewards and lack of true recognition prevail.
