Pros

- Own Your Way To Work initiative makes flexible working possible - Diverse culture with colleagues from different background / culture working together - Decent pension, gym and healthcare benefits

Cons

- Low morale from certain teams, engagement score at all time low - No inflationary salary adjustment, so loyalty is not really encouraged, but penalised as after some years at Swiss Re your pay is going to be eroded by inflation - Higher than industry average gender pay gap - Not many female in senior position, the senior management is predominately male

Very interesting work, in a multitude of areas. Top notch people, very talented and well informed. Kind culture, it is a pleasure to work in inter-departmental teams. Excellent development opportunities.

Savings, letting people over 50 years old go, extreme political correctness, hiring people in "cheaper" countries to save money and letting people in Switzerland go.
