      good environment, team events, company values, good management, good work/life balance, career opportunities, year-end bonuses, sick days, contribution to sick leave compensation, overtime compensation

      nothing major, in certain positions regular overtimes are required, which doesn't fit everyone

      Pros

      There are none that I can think of, other than the above average welfare facilities with a costa being on site.

      Cons

      Some culture issues within the organisation, Senior Managers that were more wanting to make a name for themselves than make a positive difference.
