Very little diversity at the senior level. Decisions are hard to make when there always needs to be a consensus.

Great people, solid benefits with full comp pmi. Some good examples of internal progression.

Cons

Development is encouraged but the salaries haven’t grown in a reasonable manner. Company personel don’t always think in a commercial view.
