Pros

Nothing is good here. Trust me. It has deteriorated beyond recovery.

Cons

- They start teams and then automate processes, only to throw people out later. - Do no join in Americas and Asia teams in any department. You would be doomed for sure. Knly EMEA is ok. - Everyone just pushes blames on others. No one gives a solution. All I do is run here and there asking for a solution, which I never get. Everyone shirks responsibility.

Pros

Great place to work with good work-life balance and a very friendly culture. Top-notch reinsurance company, it does not get much better than Swiss Re working in the (re)insurance industry.

Cons

Slow and bureaucratic. Decisions take forever and many times do not get followed up on. If you are highly motivated and looking for challenges, the typical role at Swiss Re will get boring very soon.

Pros

Teleworking, co-workers, benefits, 401K matching

Cons

Company claims great career/advancement opportunities but only for the very select few. Suspect men paid at better salary than women.
