Pros

Great work life balance and good benefits. Colleagues are in most cases welcoming , canteen is very good, IT support is also good

Cons

Meritocracy and recognition for top performers. Very patronising behaviour of top management : having an opinion and being candid is not appreciated. Given the current environment cost pressure is building up and the few available opportunities are even reducing

Unpleasant culture, alleged focus on quality but persistent reversion to getting work out of the door no matter how low in quality so long as it's off the outstanding work queue.
