Highly profitable company with a wealth of industry knowledge

Cons

Focused on shareholder value and dividends. Loyal to the Swiss and not so much anywhere else. Lack of transparency about raises, no upward mobility, unless you are Swiss.

Good environment, nice place to work not sure about the management because it all depends on individual perception and mentality. if you could able to study with your work you can have a good hike in salary

Not such, but every organization will have some cons in respect of any aspect which the employee is not willing to adopt either it not bringing value added to the employee either it generates revenue to Organisation. yeah it as some cons too like all other organisations.
