Great co-workers, terrible management
Pros
- Great co-workers - Great benefits - Good facilities - Always trying to look out for their employees * All of these pros are mostly referring to the Mexico office.
Cons
- Poor salaries - Job descriptions are incorrect (they make you work more and give you more responsibilities) - Horrendous career opportunities or growth - Horrible sales department (they just sell to sell, doesn't matter if the employees have no experience with the product or service) - Some products and services are of very low quality - Favoritism - Terrible management. The company is being managed by some incompetent people, that are only working there because they are part of a group of friends. They are terrible at what they do, but somehow manage to get really great positions in the company. They are driving this company into the ground, fast. * All of these cons are mostly referring to the USA office.
