Work that never gets boring
Pros
I have been with the company for 7 years now, which also explains my overall job satisfaction. It is a good place to start the career and progress further over the time. People are nice, polite, helpful. I feel appreciated when a challenging task is well done. Benefits are reasonable. Paid time off options are excellent comparing to other companies within the same industry. The best thing when it comes to flexibility is the option to work from "anywhere", company allows remote positions and working from different locations.
Cons
Tasks and job duties are sometimes stressful, but where aren't. If you are well motivated or even self-motivated then it is all manageable. And with the support from a team lead or team members the work can be done as expected.
