      Pros

      Your peers are some of the most dedicated and talented people you will ever meet. Growth opportunities gallore and paid professional development encouraged. Great opportunity for people who are ambitious, love a challenge, or become easily bored. Flexible working conditions (hours, work remotely, promotions) and no micromanagement. Supportive middle management across the board. Executive management is quick to support employees on the rare occasion that customers overstep.

      Cons

      Non-stop growing pains. If you are in operations, you will have high stress and a huge volume of work. You must have a strong work ethic and a survivor mentality to work here. Except for executives there is frequent turnover, re-orgs, and typical merger & acquisition challenges. Keep an open mind and make the changes work to your advantage. It is difficult to balance a growing family and a growing company at the same time. Lean on your manager and your team to realign assignments and look into lateral job changes within the company.
