      Pros

      Prospect for growth. I work with very talented people. Enjoy the idea of working anywhere if you can make it work. Not having to go into an office everyday is a bonus.

      Cons

      Too many C levels in the organization. With the mergers, they have become very disorganized, siloed and all over the place. The company boasts flexibility but with the workload you can't be flexible. We are working too many hours and even on call while on PTO. Benefits, perks, PTO and salary are low as compared to other companies. I don't feel that we are one company because the companies that have merged operate independently.

      Pros

      Negative. Even management knows they are not heading anywhere. Only pros, if you lick better will get promoted otherwise be slave here.

      Cons

      Millions, stupid people are at top who don’t know how to manage team. They will give you penny to work whole day. CFO named as clown in Syntax doesn’t understand a little bit of work and push on you and then blame you. Show off always that they are growing but amount of people are leaving Syntax are way too high as compared to how much they are hiring. Join Syntax if you want to lose everything in your life- peace, money, respect and knowledge. On top they will force you to train juniors and then they will fire you for no reason as they are looking for cheap labor.
