great friendly people, good opportunities, great culture, flex work schedule good benefits, competitive salary. management genuinely want the company and people to grow. if you like challenging work, this is it. mangement values your hardwork , perseverance and ideas. you will get sense of achievement and satisfaction. executives and VPs are very supportive and have open door policy. have been at Syntax for a decade now and cant be in a better place. if you have growth mindset and see the challenges as opportunities you will fall in love with this place!

Cons

like any other company, Syntax has common growing pains problems. But steps under way to streamline processes and systems. work/life balance sometimes skewed but manageable, with remote working, everyone experiences this these days.
