This stems from a fundamental trust and respect of employees by senior management. This is a rare thing these days. - Professional growth opportunities. The company is on an upswing. - A truly international company where you get to work with people from all over the globe.

      Cons

      - This is a 24 hour a day operation with demanding clients. Expect to be on call a lot and work variable hours for emergent issues. This is offset by good flexibility, remote work and supportive coworkers and management. - It’s a growing company with typical growing pains.
