Pros

Employee stock purchase program ,401 k

Cons

It’s politics that gets you . If you are a friend , lover or just simply licking a…-you have a chance of moving up , if you work hard , do your best , being number one in the district -they don’t care -you just DO YOUR JOB ! No diversity , no inclusion ( that’s how they name . it) . Terrible , incompetent , lazy management with no degrees or basic education, who easily give you an anxiety for the rest of your life .

Avoid FP&A and Finance

Pros

Great PTO benefits, job stability within FP&A if you're willing to coast. Work/life balance is not bad depending on the team you're on.

Cons

Culture at T-mobile has gone downhill post merger. No in-line promotions in FP&A, unless you have an "exception". Non-competitive compensation. Clueless leadership instead of addressing employee satisfaction issues tries to spin it so it's "not that bad". Every few months leadership will "look into pain points" and then nothing happens. Cycle repeats for years. Lots of cost cutting and push to hire in Overland Park instead of Bellevue. Also, leadership team is not diverse. CEO tries to hard to be cool.
